Sonic Rentals FNQ will need to collect, store, use and disclose personal information of customer and any additional driver when it hires the vehicle.

Sonic Rentals FNQ will only use such information for its legitimate interests in connection with the hire of the vehicle and/or related to any incident involving the customer and/or the vehicle.

Sonic Rentals FNQ may need to disclose personal information to its insurer, service providers, legal advisers, the police, any authorities responsible for issuing fines or to prevent fraud or in relation to debt recovery.
